Accessibility
Being at the heart of the local community we are committed to ensuring all our guests enjoy their experience of shopping with us and offer a wide range of services for people with different access needs. There are lifts (with audio and low level buttons) to all floors of The Mall Wood Green. A ramp also provides easy access from the car park.
Disabled toilets
The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the first floor. It's free of charge and is controlled by radar keys which can be obtained from the Guest Services Lounge. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it. There is a second disabled toilet in the Market Hall located between the Mayes Road entrance and Continental Deli.
Disabled parking
We have disabled parking bays which can be found on level 2 of the west car park (off Caxton Road). Please be aware that your full Blue Badge must be on display in your windscreen to avoid incurring a fine. Please note that disabled bays are not exempt from paying for the car park, so please pay on exit via the payment machines or online - visit reefparking.com/pay and enter code location ID 5051
Family parking
Family parking bays can be found on level 2 of the west car park. These are available on a first come first served basis; you do not need a permit but we ask that guests respect others' needs and only use them if visiting with young children.
Wheelchair hire
A wheelchair is available for your use free of charge from the Guest Services Lounge.
Quiet Hour
The Mall understands busy crowds and loud noises can be overwhelming and daunting for some guests, so every Tuesday from 9am-10am the mall music is turned off.
Sunflower Lanyards
These lanyards are universally recognised and can be taken and worn by people with hidden disabilities to signal that help may be required. Official sunflower lanyards can be purchased from the Hidden Disabilities website - hiddendisabilitiesstore.com

- Monday to Saturday: 09:30 - 17:30
- Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00
- Bank Holidays: Closed

Our Family Room has two changing tables, a private feeding cubicle and a toddler toilet.
Breastfeeding Welcome
We’re part of the Haringey Breastfeeding Welcome scheme. Families are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in our public areas, plus we have comfortable spaces in our Family Room and Guest Services Lounge where you can relax.
Free Periods
Don't be shy - if you need period products, we'll help. Simply ask at the Guest Services Lounge and you’ll be given a free, discreet bag containing what you need - no questions asked.
