Sales assistant – JD Sports

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team at JD Sports in The Mall, Wood Green on a part-time contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every shopper has a great in-store experience.
· Assisting customers with product knowledge across footwear, clothing, and accessories.
· Supporting the team with deliveries, stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
· Operating tills and processing transactions accurately.
· Using basic computer skills to complete daily tasks.
· Maintaining awareness around store security and loss prevention.
· Taking part in all the general duties involved in working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideally, you’ll already have experience in retail or customer service, or you’ll bring strong transferrable skills and a positive, team-first attitude. Flexibility with working hours is preferred.
